Broccoli

Broccoli contains B vitamins B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6, and B9 (folate) along with vitamins C and A. For minerals, broccoli contains calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. Broccoli also supplies carbohydrates and fiber.
