Olive oil is high in monounsaturated fats which aid in maintaining the correct balance of cholesterol in the body. It also contains high levels of vitamins E and K and is considered a natural antioxidant.
For preservation of our olive oil, we use mixed tocopherols. The Fromm Family pioneered the use of "mixed tocopherols" in 1985. Mixed tocopherols, which are a natural source of vitamin E activity, are used as a natural preservative to maintain freshness.Back
