From the owner Shannon: 

It has been my lifelong passion to work in the field of animals.  Being able to help an animal that can not speak has always brought me happiness, and to now be able to help both the animals and their caretakers is surreal. 

I grew up a military child. My father served in the United States Marine Corps, and life transitions from one state to another every one to three years was just the way life was.  My parents, knowing how hard these moves could be, always made sure our menagerie of pets moved with us.  It was from this constant companionship I had through my childhood, that all of life's four-legged creatures became such an integral part of my life.

I have worked in both the veterinary and retail fields, which has given me the life experiences needed to now start my own business.  With my participation in numerous cat and dog rescues over the years, and all of my own dogs being rescues, we strongly believe in adopting and assisting the community with the never-ending needs that come with rescued animals. 

I look forward to getting to know everyone, their companions, and assisting both individuals and community organizations in whatever way I can.
