Family owned and operated. Bob and Mel started out with one location in Grafton in March 2002. They wanted to open a new modern place where people would feel comfortable leaving thier dog or cats when they went away.  They built a 12,000sq ft facility to suite all needs Lodging, Daycare, Grooming, Training and a little retail. In 2011 they opened a 2nd location in Worcester, Ma one with a much larger retail space. But also offering Daycare, Grooming for both Dogs and Cats and Training. They stuck to the commitment of good quality foods with No By-producst. They didnt give in to the big names that are not of the great quality they believe in. Good wholesome food with No By-Products or corn fillers are theme to our stores. We want to educate about healthy food
