K9 Playtime

First of all, our motto's are, "we love your dog almost as much as you do" and "your dog's home away from home". This should tell you where we're coming from, and what we'd like to provide for you.

We built K9 Playtime with our safe, clean, and fun philosophy in mind. Besides the basic caring of dogs, our staff is trained in understanding dogs. We support positive behavior training to continually reinforce "good" dog behaviors, and minimize and ultimately eliminate "poor" dog behaviors.

We created "curriculums" for the dogs' play groups, to ensure a stimulating environment, safe and fun activities, and rest time on a routine basis. And all toys introduced are designed for safe and fun activities.

Your dog should not sit in a locked kennel, alone, and without that social bond he/she is accustomed to. Our overnight services ensure your dog is in a comfortable, loving environment, at all times. And with care-takers your dog knows, trusts, and whom they are comfortable with. Our overnight care is designed like our daycare, from the perspective of the pack. Our staff stays overnight with the dogs. Some of them sleep on our beds with us, some on beds around us, and some choose to sleep in open crates or bedding on the playroom floor. It's all about the dogs' comfort.

Overnight services are offered on a limited basis, and advanced reservations are necessary.

K9 Playtime Doggie Day Care provides dog owners with a safe, clean, fun, and stimulating environment for their dog to play off-leash with other dogs under the careful and experienced supervision of a trained staff. The benefits are numerous. 

First, dogs learn to play with other dogs and improve their social skills. Second, dogs use up a great deal of energy during their time at day care, which makes them well rested for the evening when you return home from a hard day at work, and your energy levels are a bit exhausted too. Third, day care helps alleviate behavior problems. Trainers agree, that a vast majority of behavior problems (excessive barking, chewing, digging, ...) result from a lack of exercise. Day care gives the dogs an opportunity to play, expend that excessive energy, thus avoid those potentially destructive behaviors. And finally, day care give's owner's peace of mind knowing their precious pup is well cared for. Essentially, guilt-free dog ownership!

A Basic Dog Wash :  $20.00 - $40.00,

Depending on the size and hair length of the dog.

Nail Clipping : $10.00 – $30.00, depending on the level of difficulty.

Hair Cut and Grooming fees are set according to size of dog, and service desired. Please call for an appointment.

Self Wash: $12.00 for 12 minutes.
