I fell in love with a dog in 2001.
She changed my life, and I decided that I wanted one day to open a shop that catered to pet owners whose love for their pets equaled my love for her. I wanted to offer quality products that I would not only want my pets to have, but that others would want their pets to have.
My name is Tammy Herr Weidman, and I live in Lancaster County with my husband, two children, two dogs and two Guinea Pigs. I grew up in Lebanon, PA and graduated from Penn State Berks in 1991 and The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 1999. I love my family, friends and this funky little area of Pennsylvania. We are so diverse, yet so connected.
As my husband can attest, if I could save all of the animals, I would. Instead, I chose to help pet owners find the best products that I can find to help their pets live longer, healthier lives. My Boston Terrier, Izzy, happens to be my unofficial taste tester! My main goal is to find products produced in the USA. Sometimes, that isn’t the case. I do carry a few products that are not made in the USA, but their products have been certified organic or FDA approved.
