The store has been owned and managed by Laura Palatella, a woman who grew up in Port Washington and continues to live there with her two Irish Wolfhounds and Miniature Poodle. Laura gained her knowledge and experience from over twenty five years of grooming and veterinary expertise. She continues learning about her passion, animals and pet food by extensive research and breeding communities.
