About Us

Michael Gazal (the brain child behind Muddy Paws, and local resident) was dismayed at the lack of pet supplies available to him. With the unpredictable hours he kept, he often found that if he ran out of something there wasn't a local pet supply store he could visit for late night runs. Thus, Michael literally opened his doors to Muddy Paws (Muddy Paws is actually Michael's old apartment), and with the help of his business partner, Yosi Cohen, Muddy Paws sprung to life.

Ok, so you have a dog; it needs a bath, but you don't need a groomer just a good ol' shower. But it's New York, you don't have a yard, and you don't want to mess up that nice clean shower of yours.

Each Sunday we host North Brooklyn Cats here at Muddy Paws. Come visit us and meet all the adorable cats and kittens that need good homes.
