Longtime locally-owned-and-operated Simpsonville, KY Metzger’s Country Store has changed ownership. New owner, Cindy Isaacs, equine specialist, has a strong background in animal nutrition and took possession on December 2, 2017. Under the new moniker Feed Bucket, Isaacs offers nutritional consulting to her customers and will focus on quality, freshness and animal health & wellness.
Located at 6791 Shelbyville Road, the store has always offered a variety of animal and pet-care products and feeds. Feed Bucket boasts a retail space dedicated to cat & dog food and supplies, equine supplements and farm supplies, as well as a large warehouse for farm animal feed & bedding, and a convenient drive thru. Pet food delivery is available, within a 5-mile radius & there are several other great programs in place for customers.
Loyal consumers and patrons can still expect great service and selection with the change of ownership. A Feed Bucket Facebook page will keep friends updated and aware of important events.
