Shona Wise has over 30 years grooming experience. Shona has worked within the pet industry including private salons, boarding kennels and veterinary clinics, which has given her a wide range of experience. Shona has also trained many dogs and has a wealth of training information. Shona obtained her Certified Master Groomer title through IPG, International Professional Grooming Association. Shona has also competed in the USA and Canada. Periodically she can also be found part time at Sheridan College teaching grooming in the Animal Care Program. As of May 2017 Shona became the Vice President of the Ontario Dog Grooming Association.

A complete groom will include: a hydro-massage bath with the highest quality shampoo which removes dirt and odour while leaving the coat with a beautiful shine, next they will be wrapped in a clean terry towel and gently rubbed to remove water. Then they are hand dried; dogs are never put in a kennel with a heat dryer. Nails are trimmed as short as possible and ears are cleaned. Your dog will receive a stylish hair cut of your choice and to top off the grooming experience he or she will be adorned with either a bandanna or bows, a spritz of Fur-breeze cologne and they are ready to go.
