PUPS Pet Club at River North offers multiple convenient services for you and your pup. From Daycare to Veterinary Care, or even if you need to pick up some of your dogs favorite treats, River North PUPs is your one stop shop to your every need.

Like humans, dogs are very social beings who like to interact with their friends. There is no safer and cleaner place for your dog to do that than at PUPS. All our playgroups are closely monitored by our watchful daycare attendants to make sure that everyone is having fun. You can also rest assured that your dog is playing with dogs who are fully vaccinated. We separate dogs by age, size, temperament, and disposition to provide a safe and playful experience.

There is no place like home. There are some dogs that just do better in a home environment. Pet sitting is a perfect solution for elderly dogs, dogs with severe separation anxiety, dogs that are not particularly social with other dogs, or multiple pet families with a cat, fish, or other animals. We’ll send daily updates to keep you in contact with your pets.

Multi-certified Master Trainer and Behaviorist, Dan Rubenstein is on a mission to improve the quality of life for pups and their people.

Along with a lifetime of experience training and communicating with dogs, Dan has been active in the dog care business since 1999, and training dogs since 2001. Designated as a Master Trainer, Dan has a a gift for working with behavior issues of all types with an emphasis on modification through positive reinforcement. His effective methods have attracted a high-profile client base including celebrity pup owners like Mariah Carey, Kelly Ripa and Bernadette Peters to name a few, earning him the names ‘Doggie Dan’ and ‘the NYC Dog Whisperer’.

Dan’s careful development of the PUPS program has resulted in a highly-trained staff that provides a consistent, caring, and safe approach. Each expert member of the PUPS training staff works directly with Dan using his effective philosophies and methods to ensure the best outcome for every pup.

Our Groomers have experience grooming every standard and designer dog breed that exists. You can feel comfortable making any specific request for a particular style. And if you don’t like your dog’s haircut, the next one will be free. Of course, if it is just a basic bath that you need, we can certainly handle that request.

PUPS partners with the best in veterinary medicine to deliver top quality medical care for dogs and cats. Veterinarians are on-site for your convenience and offer the same well care services as a full service hospital at a much lower cost.
