Mission Statement   Sunderland Co-operative Inc. is an agricultural co-operative whose mission is to improve the profitability of its members by offering value-added goods and services.   Sunderland Co-operative Inc. provides crop inputs, feed, petroleum, consumer goods as well as related products and grain marketing of selected grains within the geographic area in which we do business.

·Maintain sound financial policies and practices 

·Preserve local ownership and control 

·Operate under sound business ethics and principles

In the pursuit of the mission, all members of the board of Directors and all employees work to: 

·Provide value to members by identifying their needs and wants and then delivering products and services with diligence and honesty at the price that reflects that value. 

·Profits from operations are to be used to invest in the business with the surplus to be returned to the members in the form of patronage.
