Overdale Kennel, LLC

Overdale Kennel offers everything pet for the owners looking for high quality dog products and services.  We provide training for both pets and competitors in obedience, rally, agility, and more, and we offer state of the art boarding and grooming with an attention to detail.  Our retail store specializes in only the highest quality pet foods, toys, and treats.

Boarding is provided in a fully enclosed, climate controlled facility.  Runs are 5 feet by 10 feet and have solid walls on three sides with a gate at the front.  Dogs are taken outdoors for exercise and playtime four times daily.  Health requirements are: current distemper, rabies (except puppies under 4 months), and bordetella vaccinations or titers (proof must be provided); flea preventative (oral or topical); and worm preventative.

Daycare is available within our boarding facility on weekdays as space allows.  Dogs must meet boarding requirements.  Please note that space is limited and is often full.

We specialize in problem solving and manners training for pets, as well as focused training for our competitive dog/handler teams, therapy dog training, and more. Home visits and private lessons are offered as time allows. New obedience classes are offered beginning monthly.  Agility classes run year-round on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  Other classes are offered as time and space allow.  Please note that our obedience classes fill quickly - often months in advance!  Our instructors are AKC STAR puppy and CGC evaluators, and dogs successfully completing courses will receive STAR puppy certification or CGC titles. Agility classes are currently full, and a waiting list is kept.  Transfer students from other agility programs are generally not accepted at this time due to the long waiting list.  Please contact us if you would like to join the waiting list.
