Our Cumberland location opened in September of 1999 after 6 months of intense renovation of the former Cumberland Market of Chapel Hill. In 2007, Dave continued to reinvest in Dave’s of Cumberland, by redesigning and reconfiguring the interior décor to reflect a Cape Cod feeling. New pizza stations, hot bars, kitchen preparation and bakery departments were all added on to further serve our local neighborhoods.
