• 200 points to celebrate your birthday - To set this up login to your account and then click back on the Blue Loyalty Program icon on the bottom right of your screen.  When the dialogue box comes up, select "Ways to Earn".  You will see an "Edit Date" button next to Celebrate Your Birthday.  You can enter your birthday here.
