About Us

We are a family-owned business with a passion for the well-being of animals and customer service. We have been in pet-related businesses for five years in Vancouver and owned many pets throughout our lives. We left our management careers in the corporate world to pursue our dream of helping pet owners buy the best food possible for their pets. Our backgrounds are in education and customer service.

Home Delivery

We are doing our best to make your shopping experience as easy as possible and of-course a delivery on a timely manner is also a priority for our service. We came up with several delivery options for you.

1. Orders between 1$ - $49.99 has $10 delivery fee. It is delivered within 1 hour from 11:00am to 8:30pm except stat Holidays.

2. Orders between $50 - $99.99 has $5.99 delivery fee. It is delivered within 1 hour from 11:00am to 8:30pm except stat Holidays.

3. Orders over $100 includes FREE delivery in Downtown. It is delivered within 1 hour from 11:00am to 8:30pm except stat Holidays.
