The Dog House, LLC

The Dog House is a locally owned, family-run business. Started on April 15th, 2005 by Jim and Beth Dasenbrock, The Dog House is Bloomington's first and only cage-free boarding and doggy daycare facility.​

Jim and Beth have been in the pet care industry since 2001, with their first venture, Top Dog Pet Services.  Top Dog Pet Services was a mobile pet-sitting and dog walking service.  As their client base grew, the need for a permanent home base arose and The Dog House, LLC was created.  

Jim, Beth, and all Dog House staff participate in continuing education such as Pet CPR certification, dog body language courses, and conferences on pet care and pet products.Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care in a home-like environment. Constantly monitored, all dogs have access to beds, couches, televisions, grassy play areas, and human interaction. At The Dog House, your pet is never caged, never alone, always at home!
