About Us

We love pets! It is the glue that unites our company. Employees and customers are welcome to bring their well-behaved pets to our stores. As part of our commitment to animal welfare, we have helped find homes for over 61,000 homeless animals through Pet Food Express Adoptions and we work closely with and materially support numerous local SPCAs and pet rescue organizations. Additionally, we sponsor adoptions, low cost vaccination clinics, and dog training classes at most of our stores. Our state-of-the-art Self-Service Pet Washes provide a unique and useful service for our customers. We truly try to be a welcome asset to each of the local communities that we serve!

Services

Training

Dog training begins by helping family members become the “Leader of the Pack.” Lori trains her dogs with the foundation of the “Pack Dog Theory.” According to this theory, dogs are born into a pack, and when they join your family they become part of “your” pack. In every pack there needs to be a leader—that leader needs to be you! Lori’s training empowers her clients to incorporate their dog into everyday life. This includes correcting unwanted behaviors while teaching each dog to be an obedient and well–rounded member of the pack. Lori is an APDT member and is licensed and insured.

Wednesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Dog Wash

$18.00 each or four for $13.50 each. Each session lasts 25 minutes.

Veterinary Clinic

See a VIP vet for complete routine veterinary care, including physical exams, cat & dog vaccinations, anal gland expression, ear cleaning, eye exams, nail trim and much more. Questions? Call 1 (800) 427-7973

We proudly feature adoptable cats from San Jose Animal Care & Services in our cat adoption center.
Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 12:00pm and 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
