For more than eight years of business, we have always made customer expectations our top priority. Our full-service pet boarding facility offers dog and cat boarding and grooming services, as well as dog obedience training and a selection of quality pet foods, toys, and treats. Owners, Deana and Kelly Deitchler live on-site and have 24-hour surveillance of the lodge.
The staff at Dogs Paw love providing pets with a relaxing, fun pet boarding experience. Dogs are let out and played with a minimum of five times each day, starting at 7:00 a.m. and the last walk of the night is at 9:00 p.m. Dogs are grouped in play groups throughout the day by size and temperament, and all groups have fresh water available and cozy bedding.
Dogs Paw also offers training session with our on-site trainer, Dean. Dean works with nearly every dog that visits Dogs Paw and offers on-site and in-home obedience sessions customized for your dog's and family's needs. He also offers group obedience classes throughout the year.
Dogs Paw offers both dog grooming and cat grooming in Park Rapids, Minnesota. We have three groomers, all of which have gone through The Dog Gurus program and received a certification. Even our non-grooming staff members must be certified. Deana, the owner, is a member of ISCC, a certified groomer with NDGAA for non-sporting breeds and has more than 15 years of experience.
