At The Dog House, customer satisfaction is our number one goal. For over 35 years, we have been the Fox Valley's premier pet services and retail provider.
We have an indoor-outdoor kennel which is enclosed in an atrium. Our facility is climate controlled for the pets ultimate comfort. Our standard boarding clients and half day daycare customers enjoy our LUXURY SUITES which have an inside den area that is 4'x4' for blankets, sleeping and eating, as well as an "outside" run for play-time, socialization, and elimination that is 10'x4' Our boarding customers that enjoy our full day day daycare option have the choice of spending the night in one of our comfortable 4'x4' BEDROOMS or living the high life and upgrading to our LUXURY SUITES with the 4'x4' bedroom with attached outside 10'x4' run. We provide stainless steel dishes and blankets. You may bring anything and everything your pet desires to stay comfortable! We feed premium dry food but suggest that you provide your own diet to reduce stress on your pet. We are closed on all major holidays so no check-in or check-out services are available on these days, however our caring staff is still in the building cleaning, feeding, and playing with your pets just like always!
