About Us

The first We Lov Pets opened in April of 2000 in Zanesville, Ohio. After a successful 4 years, our second store opened in Marietta in November of 2004. Our third location opened in Mt. Vernon, Ohio in April of 2006. To this day, all 3 We Lov Pets locations continue to thrive.

Our mission is to provide the local community with the knowledge and proper nutrition to ensure your pet with a long and happy life. Our knowledgeable staff promises to deliver a fun, educational experience to each and every customer. We strive to offer an interactive visit with our large assortment of exotic, cute, and cuddly companion pets. We offer competitive prices along with the widest variety of supplies for every pet’s needs.

Dog Wash

We Lov Pets offers a self service pet wash at our Zanesville location. Our self serve petwash is very convenient and affordable. Don’t like the mess at your home? Leave us the mess, that’s what we are here for. Dog hair can leave you with a clogged drain you will need your plumber for. Oh, don’t forget “the shake” , you know it, the moment your pal decides to shake the water off that leaves your walls covered in fur. Our self serve pet wash room is larger than your bathroom giving you plenty of room for you and your pet to get the job done. Satisfaction guranteed!

How It Works

You get 8 minutes for $5.00. During that 8 minutes you have the following options to choose from, De skunk, De flea, Pet Deoderizer, Oatmeal, Tearless, Conditioner, rinse and dry.
