The Dog's Meow

The Dog's Meow was started in 1996 by Alexis Butler. Alexis' passion for always wanting to run her own business turned into a passion helping others be successful in keeping their furry companion, healthy. Being the first health food store in the State of Utah, Alexis has watched the industry grow. The Dog's Meow offers a large selection of healthy products for furry companions. Shelves are stocked with healthy choices from supplements, dry food, canned to raw. The Dog's Meow also offers fun accessories. Along side Alexis is her daughter, Alyssa. Alyssa grew up in the business  and has become the back bone of our Salt Lake Store. Both our locations have employees who have a passion to help you find what you need and answer your questions. We employ a knowledgeable and friendly staff. We believe in supporting our local community and the efforts of local non profit organizations. We support the efforts of local adoption centers. We believe adoption is a great option. We look forward to many more years serving our community.
