About Us

We are a family owned store that truly believes in Pet Wellness. We believe it so much that we are this countries first Pet Wellness Store. Many Pet stores try to claim that they focus on your pets wellness but yet they sell and promote products and/or services that are known to have health issues for the animal. A Pet Wellness store dedicates all its resources to ensure that it is only provides all natural and holistic products and services to benefit the pet. Natural foods are anything that is consumed or ingested that do not contain added color, artificial flavors, or synthetic substances. Holistic is the treatment of the whole pet, taking into account mental and social factors, as well as any physical symptom of an issue or disease. This means that all employees are educated to understand and teach customers the four areas of pet wellness (food, hygiene, exercise, and social / mental stimulus). Only products and services that satisfy 1 or more of these 4 areas will allowed to be sold. A Pet Wellness Store must provide all 4 areas of wellness as well as provide customers, not pets, with a learning center in order to claim that they are truly a Pet Wellness Store.

Services

Training

We have one of North Texas' best Holistic trainers. She specializes in training both the parent as well as the family member. We believe that your family member is not a dog or cat but truly a family member which like any child just needs to be taught proper social etiquette.

Grooming

We have what we are calling the first "Truly Holistic" pet grooming service. Our girls are trained in how to handle and treat your family to create a fun, not nervous, environment. We have "NO" kennels, "NO" muzzles, and lots of play area. We go to lots of trouble to make this area relaxing and less stressful by playing music, customized tables, and even applying sound proofing tiles to keep noise levels down just to name a few differences.

Dog Wash

Our Self Wash area has been designed to provide maximum comfort and easy for both family members and their family. Everything is included from Soap to towels and even professional blowers. The entire family is welcome to join the fun, we even provide stools so the little ones can help.
