Family owned for over 20 years, Pet Depot has served their customers offering the best pet supplies and food in the Baltimore area.

With an incredibly friendly staff with over 60 years of knowledge in the pet industry, Pet Depot prides itself in having the very best customer service and experience.

At first the store only carried pet supplies, foods, etc. After a few years of owning the business, Dan and Lisa Lyons decided to add nine self-serve dog washes to their services. Since then, Pet Depot has been the best spot to bathe your dog in Baltimore.

A few years later, the Lyons family then again decided to expand their store and services by implementing Baltimore's first Hydrotherapy Pool. Pet Depot's dog exercise hydrotherapy pool has seen many dogs recover from countless different types of surgeries with tremendous results (torn acl, hip issues, neurological issues, overall muscle weaknesses, etc) while creating a fun environment for dogs and their owners.

Every day we continue to cater to the needs of the pets and their owners by implementing and innovating within to create the best pet store.

Training

Dog Wash

Based in Timonium, Maryland, Pet Depot offers its award-winning, self-serve dog washing facilities to Baltimore County pet owners in Baltimore City, Cockeysville, Reisterstown, Roland Park, Towson, and surrounding areas.

PET DEPOT was named "Baltimore's Best: Self-Serve Dog Grooming" by Baltimore Magazine. Our self-serve dog grooming facility takes all the mess out of washing your dog. With our nine clean, easy-to-use, stainless steel dog washing stations, you will never have to wait to groom your dog. No other pet store in the Baltimore County area has as many dog grooming stations as Pet Depot. Each dog washing tub can handle dogs up to 230 pounds. A sturdy ramp leads your dog into the tub with no fear. At our dog grooming stations, we supply the towels, blow dryers, and rubber aprons to keep you dry and clean. You supply the shampoo and the labor. No appointment necessary. Just $16.00 per dog.

Appointments will be taken up until 1 hour before the store closes!

Pool

At Pet Depot, we have a full-service care facility for your dog, including our one-of-a-kind dog therapy pool. Located in Baltimore County, Maryland, our dog exercise hydrotherapy pool is available for dogs in the Baltimore Metropolitan region including Baltimore City, Cockeysville, Lutherville, Reisterstown, Roland Park, Timonium, and Towson. Our dog pool is also conveniently located for pet owners in Anne Arundel County, Carroll County, Howard County, Harford County and surrounding regions.

Pet Depot's dog exercise hydrotherapy pool has seen many dogs recover from countless different types of surgeries with tremendous results. There’s a ramp into our therapy pool for easy access so that no dogs need to be lifted in or out of the pool- they simply walk in and walk out at their own leisure.

The fact that our dog exercise therapy pool is so large (16'w x 36'l x 4' deep) with a 2 foot knee wall surrounding the pool, makes it very dog-friendly and capable of handling multiple dogs.

For your pet's safety, every dog begins a swim in our hydrotherapy pool with a life jacket.

Keep in mind that the last available appointment for our dog pool each day is one hour before store closing!
