About Us

Bone Appetit is a family owned and operated business. We started with less than 200 square feet of store front, offering just a few of the top premium brands with the passion of educating and counseling the public on the benefits of feeding your pet a healthy diet. Twelve years and hundreds of happy pets later we now have a storefront with 1,800 square feet of space!

With all the garbage (and we literally mean garbage) put into commercial pet foods, we have seen pets suffer with the consequences of obesity, shedding, dysplasia, dental disease, seizures, pancreatitis, urinary tract problems, kidney failure, diabetes, crystals, allergies, yeast and worst of all a short life span. Sadly this is just the tip of the iceberg in respect to diet related problems.

We are proud to offer a full selection of the top premium pet food brands. These include Raw diets, dry kibble, canned, freeze dried, dehydrated foods and recipes to help you formulate your pet's home cooked diet.

We treat our staff and customers like family. We wouldn't recommend something we wouldn't give to our own pet.

Grooming

Call for information regarding grooming! We specialize in special needs and show grooming! The only certified skin care therapists in the state of Utah. Certified through Iv San Bernard Italy. Iv San Bernard exclusive.

Dog Wash

Three state of art self-serve dog wash stations. Walk in, or call to reserve a tub. We supply everything needed and do all the clean-up. Just bring your dirty dog! We are family-friendly, and offer over 20 varieties of shampoo and conditioners exclusively by Nature's Specialties.

Pet Adoption

Follow our social media or call to find out when our next pet adoption will be! Due to the Covid pandemic we have suspended all large gatherings, but look forward to getting back to having them weekly as soon as possible with all our favorite rescue groups and shelters!

Home Delivery

We offer free deliveries to SunRiver – as a large retirement community, it's very important to us to offer this service to our seniors. Call the store to place an order. Free delivery for seniors and for orders over $25.00!
