For orders over $49, shipping is FREE! For all other orders, we charge a flat $5.95 shipping fee.
In most cases, non-prescription orders will arrive 1-3 business days after you place your order, depending on your location. Note: some non-food orders may take 5-10 business days for delivery. For prescription orders, please allow an additional 2 business days for the prescription to be verified with your veterinarian.
When we ship your order, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order in your account by clicking here. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours in some cases for tracking information to be updated by the carrier, but don't worry! Once you get the email, the order has already left our warehouse.
Determine how often you'll need your pet's products delivered (anywhere from every 2 and every 16 weeks - most folks choose 5 weeks), and we'll automatically schedule your shipments accordingly if you select Auto-Ship during checkout!
Not to worry though, you'll never be locked in to any order or products - you can always make changes to the products or shipping date whenever necessary. We'll always send a reminder email one week prior to every shipment, just in case you forget or need to make changes! Once each order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with the tracking information so you know when to expect your shipment!
